1. Introduction

Welcome to MithiChat ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MithiChat mobile application and services ("Services"). By using MithiChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MithiChat. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use the app.

2. Description of Services

MithiChat is a group voice chat platform where users can create or join audio-based chat rooms, interact socially, send virtual gifts, and enjoy real-time voice experiences. We integrate third-party APIs for functionalities such as live audio streaming, analytics, and login systems.

3. Account Registration and Use

• You must register via your phone number or Google account.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share or sell your account.

4. Community Guidelines

We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, threats, harassment, or bullying
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic behavior
• Promotion of violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
• Impersonation of others or false representation
• Spamming or sending unsolicited content

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

5. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of any content (audio, text, profile info) you submit.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content to provide and promote our Services.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions and communications within MithiChat.

6. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• MithiChat may offer virtual coins, gifts, and other digital goods for purchase.
• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or Google Play policies.
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Third-Party Services

MithiChat integrates third-party services like:

• Voice infrastructure (e.g., Agora)
• Login authentication (Google Sign-In)
• Analytics and crash reporting (e.g., Firebase)
• Advertising or monetization tools (if enabled)

Each service has its own terms and privacy practices.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to MithiChat without prior notice for:

• Breaching these Terms or violating laws
• Misusing virtual goods or platform APIs
• Repeated user complaints or reports

9. Intellectual Property

All app designs, logos, UI, code, and trademarks belong to MithiChat or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• MithiChat is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or accuracy.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) by you within the past 6 months or INR 5,000, whichever is lesser.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MithiChat, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-app or via our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
